Refuge Church in Raysal, West Virginia, envisions a community where compassion, faith, and service thrive. Led by Pastor Rick Garlic, we are committed to being a source of hope and support for families in the rural Appalachian region. Our mission extends beyond Sunday gatherings as we serve our community through ongoing outreach programs such as food distribution, clothing drives, and furniture donations.

A key part of our outreach is Kingdom Kids Mission, formerly known as Noah’s Ark Baby Pantry. This ministry is dedicated to serving children and families throughout McDowell County by meeting essential needs with dignity, compassion, and love. Kingdom Kids Mission provides vital supplies and support while helping families build confidence, self worth, and stability during difficult seasons. The mission is rooted in the belief that when children understand their value, their future and the future of the community can be transformed.
